Revisions to HHS and DOT workplace drug testing programs. Starting October 1, 2010, the required use of the new DOT chain-of-custody form will go into effect. The new forms cannot be used before 10/1/2010. MEDTOX will begin taking orders for the new forms on 9/13/2010.
